2 cups brown sugar
1/2 cup margarine
1 cup light corn syrup
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
6-8 quarts popped popcorn
Dash salt, optional Cooking Instructions:
Put brown sugar, margarine, corn syrup, and salt in a medium size heavy pan. Bring to a boil and cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes. Take of fheat and add sweetened condensed milk and vanilla. Stir well. Pour over popped corn and mix together.
Preparation Time: 5 minutes + popping time
This recipe is very fast and easy. It makes a very soft and gooey caramel corn.
