How do I create an account?

To create an account, simply click on "Login" in the upper right hand corner of the website.   Then click on "Register Now".  
Once you have an account setup you will then be able see your order history and tracking information.

I want to talk to a live person there. Can I call you?

Yes!  We are available Monday - Friday; 8am - 5pm EST.  You can reach us at 800-270-2705.  

You can also chat with us through the Live Chat on the website.  We are the same people on the chat that you would reach via phone.  

Just choose what you are most comfortable with.  Either way you will reach a popcorn expert on the other end. 

Ordering & Returns

What payment methods do you accept?

For your convenience, we are able to accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB and Discover. 

How do I receive your coupon codes?

To receive our special customer discounts and offers, simply join our email list and we will make sure you are included in the list of those receiving our special deals.  

When redeeming a coupon, keep in mind that the coupon codes are not automatically entered at checkout.  Please enter the code that was included in the email promotion at checkout.  


There are times that we offer a free item with purchase.   Just a reminder that you will need to add that free item to your shopping cart in order to receive it with your order.  

What is your return policy?

If you are not satisfied with a product purchased from our web site you may return, the unused product, for a full credit on the product.   Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a credit for the shipping charges.  

In order to receive a full credit on your product, please contact our customer service department, within 14 days of receiving your order and prior to returning the product back to us.  This will allows us to note your account and alert the shipping department of the incoming package. 

Please note that they are some items that are not able to be returned (for example opened food products) and in some instances, we may even be able to fix the situation over the phone.  

Just give us a call.  We will be glad to help.

What is your privacy policy?

We take our customers privacy very serious.  
Your information will never be shared with anyone else.  We never rent, sell, loan or give your name or any of your information to anyone for any reason.  All information collected is used to provide better service to you.  We deeply respect your privacy.  Strict security measures are followed to protect the sanctity of any information you choose to share with us.  
If you register with popcornpopper.com we may use your e-mail address to send you information on your order status, notify you of special offers and deals that are only for those customers on our email list and any product updates.  

You will receive an email when we first receive your order and second email when your order has shipped.  This allows you to always know the status of your order. 

You will always have the option to remove your name from our email list by emailing us at info@popcornpopper.com at any time.  Please include the word "Remove" in your subject line.

Your peace of mind is important to us.  




Shipping Information

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, your tracking information will be emailed to you.  You can also login to your account on popcornpopper.com and your order's tracking information can be found there as well.  

FedEx and USPS are our preferred carriers, please visit www.fedex.com or www.USPS.com to track your order.  

You are also more than welcome to call or live chat with us and we can track your order for you.  

Who will be delivering my order?

All of our orders will be shipped either with FedEx or with the United States Postal Service, depending on the shipping method you choose.  You are able to choose the best option for you based on cost and speed of arrival.
