2 cups white sugar
1 cup dark corn syrup
2 Tablespoons dark vinegar
5 Tablespoons butter
3/4 cup popcorn
Salt, to taste Cooking Instructions:
Pop the popcorn and pour into a roaster. Season with salt to taste. Melt the white sugar and dark corn syrup together. Add vinegar and butter. Cook to soft ball stage over medium high heat. Stir occasionally. Pour over popcorn and form into balls. Put in plastic sandwich bags to keep fresh. Notes:
Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serves: 2 dozen
Eat right away or you may warm up in the microwave about 5-10 seconds for a fresh taste later.
