Karo Crazy Crunch

Recipe Ingredients:

2 quarts of popped corn
1 1/3 cups pecans
2/3 cup almonds
1 1/3 cup sugar
1 cup butter
1/2 cup white Karo syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla

Cooking Instructions:

Mix popped corn and nuts onto a cookie sheet. Combine sugar, butter, and syrup in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat and boil 10 to 15 minutes or until mixture turns a caramel color. Stir occasionally as mixture is boiling. Remove from heat, stir in vanilla. Pour over corn nut mixture and stir to coat well. Spread on cookie sheets to dry.


Preparation Time: 20 minutes + popping time
Difficulty: Easy

Serves: 4

Store in tightly covered can.
