3 quarts popped corn
1 1/2 cups unblanched whole almonds
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup honey
1 cup peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla Cooking Instructions:
In a large roaster, combine popped corn and almonds. Keep warm in a 250 degree oven. Butter sides of a heavy 1 1/2 quart saucepan. Combine sugar, honey, and corn syrup. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil hard for 2 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in peanut butter and vanilla. Pour over popcorn. Stir and cool. Break into bite-sized pieces.
