Recipe Ingredients:
1/4 cup coconut oil or 5 Tablespoons vegetable oil
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup popcorn
1 teaspoon vanilla or almond flavoring
Almonds or other nuts, chopped
Cooking Instructions:
Place all ingredients, except nuts, into the stovetop popcorn popper. Cook on medium-high heat, stirring continously. After the popping process, stir in almonds or other nuts. Cool on cookie sheet.
