Popcorn Turtle Balls

Recipe Ingredients:

1 bar semi-sweet chocolate
1 bar white chocolate
1 cup caramel cubes
2 tablespoons corn syrup
1 cup chopped or whole pecans
Popped popcorn


Cooking Instructions:

Double boil your semi-sweet chocolate and white chocolate in two seperate pans. Next, roll popcorn into seperate balls with corn syrup. Set aside. Then, after the balls have set, dip into slightly cool semi-sweet chocolate and sprinkle with pecans then let set. After 5 to 10 minutes, drizzle white chocolate over popcorn balls and let cool.

Preparation Time: 15 to 20 minutes
Difficulty: Easy

Makes 1 dozen popcorn balls.
