If you are not satisfied with a product purchased from our web site you may return, the unused product, for a full credit on the product. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a credit for the shipping charges.
In order to receive a full credit on your product, our customer service department must be notified within 14 days of receiving your order, if a return, exchange or credit is needed.
Contact our customer service team at 800-270-2705 prior to returning product back to us. This will allow us to note your account and alert the shipping department of the incoming package.
Please note that there are some items that we are not able to have returned and in some instances, we may even be able to fix the situation over the phone.
